Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) works with SIKE, as the training solutions they offer are very balanced in terms of functionality and cost. We can choose from the list of computer simulators as a typical solution for some educational task, for example, a simulator for training a mechanic-repairman, or get a simulator that is maximally adapted for specific equipment and specific work activities. In the first case, for mass professions and typical work activities, this approach allows you to economically and quickly deploy training with a fairly high level of quality. In the second case, we solve the problem of highly specialized training in professions with a complex content of work.
Now, NLMK uses 11 computer simulators from SIKE – 2 standard solutions for the training of repairmen and electricians, and 9 specialized developments for specific production units. With the use of SIKE simulators, more than 400 workers are trained in 12 professions annually.
The quality of simulators allows solving many tasks of training and evaluating employees.
