Consent to the processing of personal data of clients - INDIVIDUALS

The User, by submitting an application on the website sike-simulators.com, accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"). Acting freely, of his/her own volition and in his/her own interests, and also confirming his/her legal capacity, the User gives his/her consent to the Limited Liability Partnership "SIKE KAZ" (BIN 140140001702), which is located at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 010000, Astana, Beibitshilik Street, Building 36, Apartment 19, to process personal data.

1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation means and with their use.

2.2. User data (information about location; operating system type and version; browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source from which the user came to the website; which website or advertisement led the user; operating system and browser language; which pages the user opens and which buttons the user clicks; IP address).
3. Personal data are not publicly available.
4. The purpose of processing personal data is: processing incoming requests from individuals in order to provide consulting services, granting non-exclusive rights to software and other services; analytics of the actions of an individual on the website and the functioning of the website; conducting promotional and news mailings.

The User agrees that when making a payment, personal data will be transferred to the payment agent accepting payments on the website in order to enable the payment to be made.
7. Personal data are processed until the purpose of processing is achieved. Additionally, the processing of personal data may be terminated at the request of the data subject.
8. Consent may be revoked by the data subject or his/her representative by submitting a written statement to the Limited Liability Partnership "SIKE KAZ" at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, 010000, Astana, Beibitshilik Street, Building 36, Apartment 19, or by email to info@sike-simulators.com.
9. In the event of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data by the data subject or his/her representative, the Limited Liability Partnership "SIKE KAZ" has the right to continue processing personal data without consent if there are grounds provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
10. This Consent shall remain in effect at all times until the moment of termination of the processing of personal data, as specified in sections 7 and 8 of this Consent.
